Brows & Brows GmbH is managed by us with a clear goal: to create real added value for our customers and business partners every day. As a management team, we combine strategic clarity, operational excellence and sales strength - always with the aim of understanding individual needs and offering sustainable solutions.
Philipp assumes overall responsibility for strategy, organization and operational processes as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). His focus is on creating a framework in which quality, reliability and efficiency are tangible - for customers and employees alike. Clear processes, high standards and a smooth workflow ensure that our customers feel well looked after and understood at all times.
Luca as Chief Sales Officer (CSO), is responsible for expanding long-term customer and partner relationships. With international sales and market experience, he ensures that customer needs are recognized early on, advised honestly and supported individually. His aim is not to sell short-term solutions, but to build partnerships that create trust and offer long-term added value.
What unites us is the shared conviction that excellent service starts with an attitude: listening, understanding, communicating transparently and acting flexibly. The Founders
Behind Brows & Brows is a lot of know-how, because the likeable siblings Alexandra and Patrick Luönd also run the well-known and successful beauty clinics Beauty2Go.
The two complement each other perfectly: Alexandra is the creative one and is responsible for management, while Patrick is in charge of operations and management. Together, they stand for revolutionary approaches and new paths in the Swiss beauty scene and professional medicine. It is precisely this knowledge, professionalism and precision with which Beauty2Go works that Brows & Brows aims to incorporate. Here, microblading becomes a fine art.
